Rocket Defense: Meteor Strike

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

By downloading, installing, or using Rocket Defense: Meteor Strike (the "Game") you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access the Game or any related websites, forums, or communications (collectively, the "Services"). If you are under eighteen (18), a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.

1. Definitions

• Account – the profile created through Unity Authentication / Unity Player Accounts that allows you to access the Game.
• Virtual Items – in‑Game digital content such as power‑ups, cosmetics, or virtual currency that have no monetary value outside the Game.
• User Content – any text, images, gameplay footage, feedback, or other material you upload, transmit, or create while using the Services.

2. Eligibility & Registration

• Age Requirement – You must be at least thirteen (13) years old, or the minimum age in your jurisdiction, to create an Account. Minors require verifiable parental consent.
• Account Security – Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for all activity under your Account.
• Accurate Information – You agree to provide and maintain accurate, up‑to‑date information when registering and when contacting support.

3. License Grant & Restrictions

We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable, limited licence to download and use one copy of the Game per device for non‑commercial entertainment. You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse‑engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game except where expressly permitted by law
• Use cheats, automation software, bots, exploits, or any unauthorised third‑party tools
• Transfer, sublicense, or resell the Game or Virtual Items
• Bypass, disable, or interfere with security or access‑control features
• Use the Game for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent

4. Virtual Items & In‑App Purchases

• Virtual Items are licensed, not sold, and carry no real‑world monetary value.
• All purchases are processed by the platform store (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play) and are subject to that store's terms. Except where mandatory law grants a statutory right of withdrawal, all sales are final.
• We may add, modify, or remove Virtual Items, features, or content at any time without liability to you.

5. User Content

• Ownership – You retain ownership of User Content you create.
• Licence to Us – By submitting User Content you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty‑free licence to host, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and display such content for operating and promoting the Services.
• Acceptable Content – You may not submit content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable or infringing.
• Moderation – We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to review, monitor, or remove User Content at our sole discretion.

6. Community Guidelines & Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not:

• Harass, threaten, defraud, or abuse other players
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely claim an affiliation
• Use the Services for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes
• Upload viruses, malware, spyware, or other malicious code
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or platform policy

7. Updates & Patches

We may provide mandatory or optional updates, patches, or hot‑fixes that may change the Game (including adding, modifying, or removing features). You agree that such updates may be deployed automatically without additional notice or separate consent.

8. Third‑Party Services

The Game incorporates certain Unity‑provided online services (e.g., Authentication, Analytics, Leaderboards, Crash Reporting) and platform‑store functionality. Your use of these features is subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third‑party services.

9. Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or other feedback ("Feedback"), you grant us an unrestricted, perpetual right to use that Feedback without obligation or compensation to you.

10. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services (excluding User Content) are owned by us or our licensors. All trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON‑INFRINGEMENT, AND CONTINUOUS OR ERROR‑FREE OPERATION.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (USD 50). WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless İdris Batuhan Aydın and our affiliates from any claim, liability, or expense (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Services immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, the licence granted in Section 3 ends and you must delete all copies of the Game. Sections 5 through 17 survive termination.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Unless mandatory local law states otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ankara, Türkiye for any dispute.

16. Severability & Waiver

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
